Today we had Caraline and Lucy join us. We were so excited to be able to meet them both. Lucy really likes using the phone and the MagnaDoodle. She likes to draw ladybugs. She does a great job at drawing little circles and likes to use lots of different colors. She picked out a story that she wanted me to read during story time. She really likes Dora books. She also danced with a baby when we danced. She seems like she has been practicing because she is a great dancer.
Caraline really enjoys pushing the stroller with babies inside. She also liked using the shape box and is very good at putting the shapes in the right spot. She also likes to dance and sing. She danced with us at group time and thought the song Mommy's Taking Us To The Zoo Tomorrow, was funny. Caraline also knew just what to do with the rolling pin, when we got out the Play Dough. She picked out green and Lucy picked out white.
Evan and Carly Sue are doing a great job getting to know our new friends names. They have really enjoyed having two new children to play with. They have done a great job showing our new friends where the toys are and helping them learn our routines. Thanks Carly Sue and Evan!! Great job!!
Unfortunately Carmine is sick today. Hopefully, he is getting lots of rest and will be better soon. We missed him today, but can't wait until he comes back, so that we can introduce him to Caraline and Lucy! GET WELL SOON, CARMINE!
