Pizza Dough Recipe

Last week we made a super simple pizza dough that was allergy friendly and really yummy! Even better, it was super easy to make. It doesn't require yeast and from start to finish it took about 20 min. (if I remember correctly)  You mix the ingredients together and it resembles a pancake batter. You then put it in a skillet and cook it, flipping once, like a giant pancake. Then you put on your toppings and pop it in the oven.

I recommend splitting the batch up. Evan in my big saute pan that is about the size of a med pizza, it was just a tad bit doughy.

  2. This recipe sounds interesting! I like that it is cooked in a skillet and doesn't contain yeast. We will definitely have to try it at home:) Thanks for sharing!
