Pizza Dough Recipe

Last week we made a super simple pizza dough that was allergy friendly and really yummy! Even better, it was super easy to make. It doesn't require yeast and from start to finish it took about 20 min. (if I remember correctly)  You mix the ingredients together and it resembles a pancake batter. You then put it in a skillet and cook it, flipping once, like a giant pancake. Then you put on your toppings and pop it in the oven.

I recommend splitting the batch up. Evan in my big saute pan that is about the size of a med pizza, it was just a tad bit doughy.

Fun with Boxes!!

I had two boxes from Braden's fundraiser. They were a big hit. We used markers, crayons, glue sticks and even tried the scissors. One box was Big and one was Flat. We talked about shapes, sizes and colors while we were working. Lucy practiced her ladybugs on the flat box and Carly Sue and Sienna practiced their C's and S's. Evan used the big box for a garage. Caraline couldn't reach the top of the big box when it was on the table. She came up with the great idea of putting the box onto the ground. We then got to draw on the top. Then she flipped it over and we all took turns writing and riding inside. Fun, fun, fun!

Stories with a Friend

Lucy and Sienna finished up with their lunch and went in to find their nap mats. Lucy "read" from "Mimi and Lulu" as Sienna listened.
